Paris’ area #3 results from the extending of the city during the 13th and the 14th centuries; it’s Charles V’s area (1371 – 1380).
The oldest building date back to the 18th century.
This area is rather residential and a large part of it is on a former marsh. Area #3 is one of the most expensive and refined ones.
Many artists, famous and foreign people settle here to enjoy the residential, elegant and commercial side of the area. For many years luxury brands have been settling in this old Paris’area, which is becoming Paris’ rich area par excellence.
